Where the Sidewalk Ends: The Death of the Internet
A friend pointed me in the direction of this (quite old) article on Substack, published by Joshua Moon, the more than controversial founder, of the equally controversial Kiwi Farms, on his Substack,
. Itβs an extremely interesting article. When reading it you have to at least be aware of the amount of flack that the mainstream media and internet tech mega-companies (not least Wikipedia) have thrown Moonβs way. The accusations against him and his tiny (by comparison) Kiwi Farms forum are immense. To be clear, I have no idea if the accusations have any real basis or not. I just think that this article Moon has published on Substack really clearly outlines why and how the internet works, and how it is censored and controlled (and is swiftly becoming more controlled). And how a combination of all of these will mostly likely lead to the internetβs fragmentation and ultimate demise. Please note: I have another infotainment channel on substack, called The Song's the Thing! where I post podcasts, articles and content related to songwriting, guitaring, and music.ππΈπ΅π₯π
