Seasoned Baby Boomers Vs Immature Gen Z Zoomers
Honest question: On the topic of climate change, why is the world mainly listening to the rants of unqualified Gen Z Zoomers like Greta Thunberg (eco-activist, aged 21) and Phoebe Plummer (eco-activist, aged 22), and not the conclusions of seasoned Baby Boomer (and Silent Generation and Generation X) scientists like Dr Judith Curry (a Climatologist, aged 71) and Richard Lindzen (an Atmospheric Physcist, aged 84) — amongst many many others, including psychologist Dr. Jordan B. Peterson and the late-great physicist Freeman Dyson??

She is a climatologist & ex-chair of the School of Earth & Atmospheric Sciences at Georgia Institute of Technology. She has questioned the IPCC & net zero. She’s been vilified for doing so.

For many years, I thought that these climate-obsessed Zoomers were being manipulated by Xers or Boomers with a left-wing agenda operating behind the scenes.
But now I’m starting to think the coercion also works both ways: I’m increasingly seeing how some eco-zealot Zoomers are manipulating some very competent (yet admittedly insecure or naive) Xers or Boomers so they buy into their hysterical climate obsession.
Crazy world we’re living in!
